Know-It's Mission:
- To provide a systematic, developmental, hands-on approach for teaching basic reading skills to PK-2 students
- To equip teachers to balance phonics and meaning based approaches using multi-strategies.
- To develop independent readers by providing students with fun, yet meaningful reading/writing experiences.
 Diane Stout received the Christa McAuliffe Fellowship for Oklahoma in 1997. The grant enabled her to develop the innovative reading program, Know-Its:The Link To Reading. Diane is a published author and speaker. Having been a reading specialist in public schools for thirty years, Diane developed many techniques and strategies that work for struggling readers. Her passion is to equip teachers and parents with a program for balancing reading strategies. In addition to her reading expertise, Diane is an author/speaker for women. Whether speaking to women or children, Diane strives to make a difference in people's lives.
